Stripping Wallpaper and Packing

Well we got up this morning and headed over to the house about 10:00 to get started again....

We had to move furniture into one of the spare bedrooms and get the rest of the wallpaper stripped and the walls ready to paint. Well, we got the wallpaper stripped but need to do some mudding and sanding before painting.

I got some more boxes packed and now the family room and front living room are stacked full of boxes...this is why we cannot live in the house while we are working on it. I don't mind a little mess, but I cannot walk around this all the time. LOL

We have a small path to walk through in both rooms right now and some will go to storage but most will be sold in the auction. A few boxes are my mom's things that my sister & I need to go through this weekend.

After we get this room painted, we have a bathroom, living room and the office to paint. Those should be fairly easy though.

These things are going to storage.

Mac talked to the realtor today and everything is a go as soon as we get our part ready. Then the realtor and the auctioneer will come over for a walk through and we will set the date for the auction. We hope that we can be ready in a month. That will really be pushing it, but we are ready to be out of here, so we will work out tails off to get things ready. And since it will be soon, I have decided that we really don't need all of these "things" and someone else probably needs them more...lol. Now all the clothing will probably be donated so we don't have to hassle with a garage sale in December...brrr.

Well we better get some sleep tomorrow will be here soon!

Here's a closing photo for ya'll....
