Another Day at the House

Well we didn't rush around this morning. Mac got up and took off to the house while I just took my time getting my shower and ready to head out.

I made a stop at the grocery store to get some things to make for dinner tomorrow night while my sister and her husband are here. I am going to put a roast and all the fixings in the crockpot before going over to the house to work. They should arrive sometime after 2pm and will leave on Monday sometime. We have some things we need to go through of our mom's and get some legal stuff done.

Mac and Jen's fiance were hard at it when I arrived at the house. They were about ready to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bathroom, and my closet. WOW...also they had the rest of the wallpaper off the walls in the bathroom.

I laughed and told Mac that I was going to make myself the "New" Project Photographer and that I wouldn't be able to sort or pack anymore because I might miss a Photo Op...he didn't go for that. He said I was fired and needed to get back to work. Hmmm...he really thinks he's the boss or something. LOL

Well we ended up working until about 7pm and headed back to our new home to settle in for the evening. We had sandwiches for dinner and will be jumping on chat for a little while soon.

We will be up and back at the house in the morning and work just part of the day until my sister arrives.

Hugs to all!!!

It is looking good, and I think you are doing a fine job of documenting the progress. Tell Mc if he fires you then the rest of us won't see what fantastic work he does.

I feel your pain Mac. I went through all of that for years and finally sold the house. It will be such a relief to you when you can just take care of the RV

Good Morning guys... You make a great photo journalist... I can't see why that should be your only job... LOL LOL Looks like things are coming along nicely adn I know your getting excited about not having a home to weigh you down... We love that we sold ours and can't see going back to another home for many years. Have fun and hope your home sells soon.
